Annual Cooling Maintenance and System Efficiency “Score” Service
Once a year our certified technicians will test your cooling system for proper system operation, safety and efficiency
Priority Service Scheduling
If you need service you go to the front of the line ahead of non-agreement holders and that
is a nice thing for you, especially in the middle of winter cold or summer heat.
Emergency Service
If you need emergency service, we are here for you. A 24 hour on call technician is contacted through our after-hours automated voicemail system. Standard members receive a special emergency service call dispatch rate of $109. That’s a $30.00 savings over the regular overtime charge!
30-Day Repair or Replace Protection
If we repair your system and then you decide to replace it, you will receive up to $200 of the repair cost you paid toward the replacement cost of the equipment installed by us.
