1. Clean/replace standard disposable air filter (included)
2. Check the thermostat for proper operation
3. Check condensation drain & pump (condensing furnaces only)
4. Check the indoor fan/blower assembly
5. Inspect the indoor fan motor-electrical connections, components and amperage
6. Inspect air duct distribution system condition for damage/air leaks (visual, if accessible)
7. Test and measure system for proper airflow as per design requirements
8. Test and record for correct equipment heating temperature rise (Score)
9. Test for correct air duct distribution system efficiency-(Temperature Profile)(Score)
10. Measure the system’s Total Static Pressure (Score)
11. Test the fan/limit safety controls and door switch
12. Measure for correct heating temperatures/rise (Score)
13. Inspect electrical relays & controls for safe and secure connections
14. Inspect the combustion chamber and burners
15. Inspect heat exchanger (as accessible)
16. Measure for proper gas valve manifold pressure (as applicable)
17. Perform a Combustion-Burner Efficiency Test(carbon monoxide, oxygen, flue draft) (Score)
18. Test integrated control board/module operations
19. Check the flue vent for proper draft pressure (Score)
20. Test furnace heating cycle- purge, gas valve, ignition fan
21. Inspect the 115 volt furnace circuit breaker
22. Check the furnace 115 wall plug and electrical cord
23. Check for 24 volt control circuit overload protection
24. Check 24 volt outdoor unit wiring for proper weather protection (heat pump)
25. Provide System Performance & Efficiency Report
