New Residential Air Conditioning and Heating Systems
FisherAir Services guarantees that if you are not 100% satisfied with your new central home comfort system, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you. If we cannot, we will have the manufacturer's representative inspect the system for design flaws. After the manufacturers corrections (if any) are made and your system still is not performing as designed and promised, we will remove the system within 30 days of your written request and cheerfully refund the entire amount of your investment, or refund whatever portion of the investment you think is fair.
Workmanship Guarantee (Residential Systems)
Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They will care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They will not wear shoes on your carpets. They will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are drug-free. If, when they we have completed our work in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we will refund the amount you feel is fair.
System Temperature Performance Guarantee (Family Residential Systems)
FisherAir Heating & Air Conditioning Services guarantees that when the system we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised a temperature variance of no more than 2 degrees from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat. If the promised temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for a period of 1 year.
Repair Services for Residential Systems
FisherAir Services guarantees the repairs we make for you for the one year from the date of completion. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service, or the system does not perform as promised, we will return 100% of the cost paid for the repair, or refund whatever portion of the repair you think is fair.
